UME Plan FAQ

Q1. Do I need to bring anything?

You can basically come empty-handed. All items including the yukata, obi, accessories, tabi socks, and anything needed for dressing are provided. You may also bring your own yukata if you prefer.

Q2. What should I wear underneath?

Women should wear a camisole, and men should wear a tank top or other thin tops with a wide neckline. For the bottom, please wear half pants or leggings.
Note: T-shirts may be visible under the yukata, but they are fine if you don’t mind.

Q3. Is there a place to change clothes?

There is a changing room inside the studio, so you can change your clothes comfortably.

Q4. Is photo shooting included?

The UME Plan does not include a photo service. If you would like to have photos taken in a yukata, please choose the TAKE Plan.

Q5. Can I take photos or videos during the Japanese dance experience?

The choreography and music for Japanese dance are copyrighted, so please refrain from taking photos or videos while the instructor (ROKUHA) is performing. You are free to take photos of your own yukata appearance and your own experience.

Q6. What yukata sizes are available?

Women: S to 4L (Japanese sizes)
Men: M to 5L (Japanese sizes)
